1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of DosePeer (the “Service”), operated by Adam Koch, Weißensteinstr. 44, 58093 Hagen, Germany (kontakt@dosepeer.com). By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. What DosePeer is — and is not
DosePeer is a private wellness tracker for people using GLP-1 medication, plus an optional view of structured experiences reported by other users (“X% reported Y”). It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or dosing guidance. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. The community data pool
Contributing your structured answers to the pseudonymized pool is voluntary and consent-based. Access to broad community statistics may depend on recent contribution (a rolling window). Aggregates are user-reported and may be incomplete or biased; sample size is shown.
6. Acceptable use
Use only the structured fields provided; do not attempt to de-anonymize other users, disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.
7. Your content
Your journal remains yours; it is end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read it. If you opt in to the pool, you grant us a limited licence to process your pseudonymized structured answers to compute and display aggregate statistics.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, where offered, are billed through the app store (e.g. Google Play Billing) under its terms, including renewal and cancellation.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or mandatory statutory liability. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
